CPC National Training

In order to obtain a Standard National Operators Licence you need to satisfy the requirement of ‘Professional Competence’. Transafe Training Ltd. can offer you the opportunity to do this by training you for the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). Passing the examinations set by OCR will result in the issue of a Certificate of Professional Competence in Freight National Operations & Passenger Carrying Vehicles: -

Examinations are held four times a year set by OCR:

• March
• June
• September
• December

The CPC National Exams consist of:

• Unit 1;
  Topics covered in this module include Business and Financial Man agement and Civil, Commercial and Employment Law.
  
  
• Unit 2 (Haulage) or Unit 3 (PCV):
  Topics covered include Technical Standards and aspects of Operation
  
  
• Unit 4 (Haulage) or Unit 5 (PCV):
  This is a Case Study paper, which covers the entire syllabus from Units 1 & 2

CPC Freight/PCV National Intensive Course:
The CPC Freight National Course is held at Transafe Training Ltd. at our Stallingborough site and is conducted through assisted home study plus five days of tuition leading up to the exam.
